That answers another big question I had. I was quite concerned that Mast was going to somehow transfer everything proprietary to HYRF over to SHDG. This PR lays that to rest. There are three things that in my mind represent hurdles to be crossed.
1. First the class action with Rosen needs to be put to bed.
2. HYRF needs to become fully reporting.
3. HYRF must continue to keep us informed with every bit of news there is. Hopefully with a preponderance of positive news the MM's will not take us right back down and the naked shorts will know HYRF is not dead.

I think that HydroFlo is not in as bad a shape as I once thought. But we shall see.
