Where will they get $11MM?

I know 1 place....induce warrant holders and do PIPEs at 50% discounts to current PPS. So they would have to sell 11mm shares at $1 a piece to get enough money to pay Amarex. But what about Fife payments of $7.5mm CASH a month starting now? Well that's another 7.5mm shares. What about SG&A? The list goes on and on and on

So many "dilutions" coming
