Looks like a couple of retail guys buying 10 mil shares at a time and trying to flip them for 1-2 ticks. Like a ship's anchor dragging on the bottom of the ocean hoping barnacles will attach themselves to the chain. Eventually the anchor gets caught on the rocks.
