The reverse split will happen. 75 to 1. This cuts the outstanding shares and probably makes it more enticing for the buyout partnership they announced . We are still totally clueless as no real details have been announced and I know little of the company that is involved. Still a total crapshoot in my opinion , but I am holding as this company is not dead yet and may even bounce right back from the heap. It’s been terrible for quite a few years now with a couple of reverse splits and no real CEO and no contact at all. Maybe with this new partner we see a turnaround. I do love the parents that they hold.
