At this point I believe the company is acting with someone shorting this as they aren't even trying to promote their share price PPS. A million things can be going on they are trying to exhaust past convertibles get them gone. Who knows but every move by management has left the shareholders in a bad place. There isn't anything that could stop the company from putting out some positive type of PR about going forward... yes companies are allowed to put out PR's if they are true...
