Initially, when I learned that AVIC purchased Henniges, I started to doubt if Henniges would be the incoming company as AVIC is state-owned in China. But, then I learned that AVIC Purchased Nexteer Automotive in Auburn Hills, MI and they went public, OTC Ticker: NTXVF

Also, AVIC has 23 subsidiaries that are Publically Listed:
