REHB Yes. I see that.
Clean current shells are popping up for the past few weeks.
A glut of shells fighting for the few R/M candidates.

Spread and price are way to high considering the risk of a shell to sit for years unused.
News changes everything.
A tough call to tie up your cash BID sitting below .50

No one is going to give up shares, and no one is going to fall on the sword that high.
