Just some thoughts on the latest filings...

I do not mean to be negative here so this is not an opening to the bashers to pile on, but for those that read some of these things (filings) and see what is there and what might be missing.

1. No where does it state that it was sold out or what kind of revenue was generated from the event. Was the event profitable or did it cost the company money and are hoping for better things the next time coming in this new market. What were the sales for the PPV?

2. Seems that the card was a little light in the number of fights? Yes or no?

3. There was another round of 'possible dilution' that was filed 10/5, but no mention of that here. ( Filing D)

4. In that filing there was 270K of debt added. It said that none of the proceeds were going to any officers/directors. Things that were missing: At what price is the conversion available... how long before conversion, how many shares to be added to float... what were the proceeds planned use...etc.

With a Reg A, these things are disclosed. In order to keep up with the current happenings of the company, we need more information.

Can anyone here fill in those blanks for us?
