In your talks, do you include the “but” portion, as in but it’s basically a one person operation with a CEO who fills several roles, operates the company out of his house, has little toxic financing, and has a history of making mistakes. Also, while the company has some distinguished scientific advisors, the stock has dropped from a high of almost $5 a share to pennies and has been a Penny stock for years, has a zombie board that holds no board meetings - in fact the only time in recent years that the company held a meeting was when it needed votes to authorize 300 million more shares, and has a pipeline that has one failed drug, one drug that has been comatose for years, and one potential dug which may or may not be successful. Finally, the CEO has a history of issuing exaggerated press releases that never materialize…but this time it could be different. If you provided all that info, the responses may have been different.
