Despite Numerous Promises By Gene Biotherapeutics/CRXM To Get Current In A Timely Fashion The Company Did Not Fulfill Its Promise....I Spoke To A Top Law Firm Who Specializes In SEC/Securities Matters.....Hamilton And Associates.....I Believe They Are Tops In This Field.....The Feeling They Gave Me Is That CRXM Would Have To File A New 15c-211....Get Current With Their Filings....Get With The Market Sponser.....Submit Everything To FINRA....The Feeling I Got From Them Is That Because CRXM Did Filings Submitted To The SEC Including The Super 10-K....Plus 2 10-Q's They Felt CRXM Should Be Trading Again When They Complete This Process.....I Sent The E Mail Correspondence I Received From Hamilton And Associates To The CEO Chris Reinhard And To James Grainer The CFO And Urged CRXM To Engage This Law Firm To Help Cut The Red Tape.....Chris Reinhard Confirmed That My E Mail Was Received.....Under No Circumstances Is This What I Expected But This Situation Should Get Resolved Over The Next 60 Days Or So
