I'll split and double down on both hands that HPIL will be current.

And this quote is false -

“Management started the process of up listing in April and have recently stated they are days away from up listing to OTCQB.”

SB has not once suggested HPIL was days away from uplisting to QB. Thats absurd. His response to a two-front question was misinterpretted then passed around as fact.

He commented a goal for QB uplist by end of 2021 and Nasdaq by end of 2022.

Ticker has to be current and trading 0.01+ for 30 days before it can even meet uplist requirements and SB knows this so no response of his would have ever suggested they were days away from QB uplist.
