Agree I'm still on board with it because for this move to even have a remote chance UNQL will have to resolve all toxic debt & get a firm hold on their PRE-split share structure.

Also bet good money that their earnings/margins are improving & they feel REALLY secure that they will accomplish the china/India merger.

Once the dust clears & people realize that just to qualify for the NASDAQ UNQL must be on pretty solid ground, we might just see a really decent run here near term.
