Once he got it untangled. Why not just upload FINS to otciq to become current?

I understand he changed routes to SEC, but the real reason why he CAN'T UPLOAD TO OTCIQ?

We know he was SHOCKED when ask 3 went to the EXPERT Market and hasn't changed over on 9/28 or 9/29.

He thought the 10-12g would avoid that and be pink but he didn't know the 60 day rule.

So why not upload the unaudited FINS now to otciq while the SEC form 10 gets approved?

Could easily be current tomorrow if he uploads docs to otciq right now..
