You can purchase IPTK now through Schwab.

I have also noticed that you get two messages now when entering an order. To paraphrase:

1. Your order cannot be accepted. These securities are accepting closing positions only
2. This order cannot be placed online. Please call Schwab.

Typically, you get message #2 if they stock is Pink Limited or Pink Current - but not always.

CCWF is Pink Limited but you get message #1.

Nothing is consistent at the moment but it does appear they are making changes behind the scenes.
