QRMLF is now P115148 in my account.

Is the "P" designation for < Capital Pool Co. > or < 1st Class Preferred > ?

Incorporated in Canada but was only trading on US side has "QRMLF" so I am at a loss as to which Country's "Designation" rules this falls under.
