Emil does know the “majority” of “beneficial” shareholders because he has “gifted” or paid them for some bullshit “consulting or service”.
Some have tens of millions of shares and all those shares for debt or private placements,real or imagined.
Stock on deposit/trading is all registered with the DTC.
For example a house position may show 10,000,000 shares but it belongs to several clients not the house etc….
The stock that is in certificate form are all listed at the transfer agent.
