Ol'Hoss from pennypickers, a friend of mine who has been in this stock since it was zechem just emailed this to me concerning his reaction to the PR. VERY INTERESTING. Sounds political to me just like Bigdaddy said. JMO

I see this pr as necessary ground work This could be the best news yet. Reading between the lines we are now ready for future prs. It explains the reason for delays to this point. Notice Obsanjo was given strong credit. New director now has offical control for direction of xkem. I predict swift action from new director now that its offical. Would say he already has plans layed out. Look for action quickly to farther make Obsanjo the hero. Then direction could change depending on who takes his place. I see xkem having been put on back burner by Obanjo due to other needs there. Now he has little time to waste to claim his part of the glory. Have no doubt xkem has been walking a tight rope. Also note the timing for Obsanjo is perfect. Right before the elections, what better time for xkem to have wonderful news ?? Pandey is now free to work on what he does best New director can deal with Obisanjo and will do a better job at it. In a nut shell the red tape is now taken care of and you know how much time red tape takes.
