I would think that the 'diluting' would be stopping. If I am a qualified investor in this company and I can only buy @ .005 if I want the company to get the proceeds, then it makes no sense to sell anything that I bought for .005 and sell it for a loss. What made perfect sense is that the qualified investors that bought @ .005 in 'new issued shares' got a tremendous opportunity to over double their money in the past couple of weeks. Now they have more money to buy more shares from the company @ .005 and wait for the next ride up. In this way, the company is getting the funds they say they need from the Reg A filing and the qualified investors are making money. It is a win-win for both. If this continues into the near future, then they should be able to get to the 2 Bil shares issued before the Reg. A time limit runs out. They have to decide if they want to buy below the .005 for themselves, or do they give it to the comapny for the funds they need. As long as we stay around the .005 mark I have a feeling they will want the company to benefit from the funds. We drop down to the .003's, they will probably buy for themselves and that will probably 'dry up' the diluting.

In any case, I do not see us moveing too far from here, either way for too long, until all 2 Bil share are issued.

Just my opinion though.
