The usual MO seeing David Lazar’s name on this, is the stock ticker and old story was abandoned snd control guys worked a deal with Lazar to take it over and find a suitable R/M candidate.
R/S the piss out of it and slap a For Sale sign on it.

Unless if fell into the Custodial route. I didn’t see that in the last filings.
I really just glossed over it looking at the SS, company’s business and any familiar R/M name at the bottom.,
Lazar says it all.
His shells are great after his habitual R/S
