I say it's over as well. At least issuances to change the outstanding. Could be leftover shares from any of the previous offering or convertibles.

Outstanding will be 8,670,596,606 and will not change for a while when Third Bench is officially in control imo.

Again I reiterate if os is 10 billion -- more, then they have some serious legal issues imo.
