Last dilution on this company if any left at all had to have been cleared in the last two days. 1-z says it was completed so who to believe the SEC form or posters here. Toss up I guess lol.

Now hear me out could be left over shares there were only about 1.1 billion left

As of Sept 7 there last update to outstanding was Sept 7th 7,516,699,946 new outstanding will be 8,670,596,606 according to offering filings after they are done.

Needed to clear 1,153,896,660 from Sept 7 to here. There was plenty of dumping volume from Sept 7th was huge now including the last two days over 5 billion.

If Cannouse didn't have his shares cleared in the last two days I just don't know.

REG A offering shares have no limit requirement or restriction.

Secondly all old convertible debt was eliminated, could there have been overhang sure.

IF the outstanding is like 11 billion on next update I will say yeah mofo's lied and also lied to SEC and also lied in pr, pretty heavy stuff to lie about.

Look for the os update 8,670,596,606 on otcmarkets.com will tell you they are done for good, more then Cannouse lied to SEC.
