Well, the fixed price on the funding is in theory way better than one that is a percentage of the stock price. If it was full-blown toxic lending the price could be taken down far further. As it is the ..0092 (?) price should keep the lender from selling at lower levels, which will act as a buffer.

But depending on the news it also may cause the price to stay in a range closer to .0092 for a while until really big news changes that.

Stageit is very positive - a big and welcome surprise for me. So, we'll see. Soundstr is a huge question mark anymore in terms of development and in terms of market readiness/acceptance. Nobody has said anything about the Fairness Act (name?) lately, not sure there is any good reason to put hopes into Soundstr anymore. The focus on other things really since the beginning of the year seems to me to be strongly suggestive that the company has not been nearly excited about Soundstr as the market was last fall -- which is weird since it is the company that got the market excited.
