Don't worry !
A similar situation existed in August 2010 already. I don't remember the name of this Pink Sheet share (N ...) but it developed as follows:
1) For years the PPS was US $ 0.01 - 0.04.
2) In March 2010 it suddenly increased to US$ 1.70
3) then fell steadily to US$ 0.05 until around August 20th
4) and then, immediately it explodet to US$ 3.00 in one day.
5) Around September 10th the PPS was at US$ 20.00
... and happiness among everyone.
