NP has a history of not working well with people who are smarter than him. They all leave the company. It’s a pattern. Pestell, Patterson, Mahboob, that cancer doctor (can’t remember his name), legal counsel, accountants, etc.

“Why ? Is it for 13D group?”

Pestell left 2 years before the 13d was formed. The two events are not related, no matter how hard you try.
