NTSFF: effective Oct. 6,2021: The Plan of Arrangement will result in Meta Materials Inc indirectly acquiring all of the issued and outstanding common shares ("Common Shares") in the authorized share structure of Nanotech for $1.25 per Common Share in an all-cash transaction.

FINRA will delete the symbol.
