This company is trading at 1% of fair value. There are reasons for it. I'm just bringing to the surface what is already there, but hidden to most people.

Of course it will be a problem if FINRA or some other regulator (perhaps the law firm) reads this stuff and begins to scratch their heads. But that's their problem. Perhaps they should have listened to me sooner.

I could tell you similar things, about the ITUP CEO being a lying POS, having zero credibility, the company worthless as it is grey and can't be traded, and the receivables fake because they haven't collected any money yet. But the time is not right now.

HERB shareholders will only win if they do the things we ask them to do. I think they already know, but we have to be sure. And of course there is always a risk, we are trading at 1% of fair value after all.
