The more I read the more I believe $TMEB will merge with AGI and start building more GiddyUp EV charging hubs in California and, if successful, in other states. California is investing $3.2 billion over three years on clean transportation technologies across the state and plans to open 250,000 charging stations by 2025. Market is huge and this is just for California.

Same co-founders Chris Jerome and John G. Yedinak for both companies. Both websites shows Terme Bancorp, Inc. as registrant contact. $TMEB and AGI have a very similar share structure, makes a merger much more easier to conclude.
