As for Share Reduct., it looks like the #of Outstanding Shares has dropped by 2.6B frm 3.149B on 9/15th to 0.5B as of Today!!! And this is After they submitted All of their Fins.
The stock price started going up from thereon.
Does anyone here know if that 2.6B shares is likely for the pending Rev. Merger acquisition??
