In this deal convertibles are paid, offering is complete, could be shares left from issuing on offering who knows about that. But the 1-z says 3B shares issued 3B shares sold.

I know I have many millions of shares myself, I know guys who are riding 180 million free shares who the hell knows who is selling 3.2B volume just today.
