IMO OTC markets, if they did what you are saying they did regarding releasing no public information about $NWGC to one person over the phone, they obviously violated SEC regs doing so, and if they did so to help and favor hedge fund shorts that we know exist, it is also likely it is a RICO Racketeering violation as well?
