RB Capital Partners.

The Company entered into four convertible promissory notes with RB Capital Partners in February 2021 that mature in February 2022 and bear interest at 5%. These notes are convertible beginning six months from issuance with a price fixed at $1.50, which shall not be adjusted for stock splits.
