I agree.

With the current horrendous financial situation of the company, Nader has everything to hide a strategic bankruptcy (to retain control) within a financial bankruptcy that will serve as his free pass.

13D checkmated.

Shareholders woke up too late. Shorts have been claiming for 2 years now that Nader was a fraud. Shareholders didn’t process that information as they were blinded by all his promises of gold and didn’t act while it was still possible to act. Too late.

A class action against him may recover something. But they have to start quickly (now in fact) before he fudges things to the point where any cash left is either burned or inaccessible.
