Hi atl....

I had seen that article before...I think it has beeen posted on the board actually...

Fortunately for Torvec investors, Torvec has never succumbed to PIPE financing scenarios, which create death spirals that put the company out of business....the financier loans the company money for stock and immediately and violently starts shorting the stock against the box until there is nothing left...

I would bet that Torvec rejected alot of calls offering to provide "financing" in this fashion...the investors should thank them for not falling into that trap...had that occurred, Torvec would not be here today in my opinion..
