It's not always "market activity" that is the reason for not getting filled at lightening speed.... A transaction goes through a few hoops before it hits the floor of the stock market. The speed of the transaction sometimes is the fault of the broker in not executing your trade in a timely manner... give it some time. I can't tell you if it will or will not fill but give it more than 5 mins.
