To be sure...

1. Once the Reverse Merger is complete, nothing about the entity once known as "Bonanza Goldfields" matters any more. At all!

2. Marvion does not want, does not need, indeed does not care about whatever mining properties Bonanza did or did not have. At all!

3. Expanding on point 2, Marvion does not care whether said mining properties have or do not have economic viability. At all!

4. The current management of Bonanza is not being brought along to Marvion in any way, shape, or form and other than wishing them well as decent human beings do to one another, have no further interest in what happens to Mr. and Mrs. Baumann. At all!

5. Why Marvion chose Bonanza Goldfields, after "... extensive Due Diligence of many candidates" as its Reverse Merger vehicle does not matter, and should be of no concern, to anyone but Marvion.

Once the Reverse Merger is complete, Marvion will succeed - or fail - on its own merits and by the strength of its own efforts alone. Based on what Marvion has delivered already, it appears they are headed to spectacular success in the nascent cryptospace niche of hybrid-NFT's.
