You shareholders of MNVN have been lied to....same thing is going on with PDMI... these guys were/are shorting the stock..... and that's how they were making money off the shares... now that OTC wants paperwork needed to comply a lot of these guys do not want to file the needed documents for the company and do not sign up for any shareholders reversal .... that's the only thing they want to do is manipulate the shares down to 00001 or worse after the reversal!!!!
