Because it was abandoned years ago and had a lot of repair and permitting issues, which the custodian had to pay to fix up. You know, to make it habitable. Looking pretty nice now though, isn't it? It's even got preferred marble and granite counters in the bathroom and kitchen and entranceway. You can only imagine what it's gonna sell for once the guy puts it on the market.
Nah, that's bull@#. Nobody is moving in. If they were, they would've moved in months ago.
