It's an okay play, at this point it's a pure low o/s shell play. One has to hope that the management of the shell seizes the opportunity. There are better plays out there on the OTC. This at 6-20c was a gem, at $1 with unsubstantiated course, maybe not so much. Market Cap still solid on the low end. FCIC is another of this type, probably further ahead at this point.
