Can't heat up tobacco to 350 degrees in the presence of oxygen and claim 0% combustion..not technically nor scientifically possible....some CO2/CO will be produced from that. PMI only claims reduciton of 97% of harmful chemicals from combustion so 3% remain and evidence there is some combustion. Just because a 97% reduction in combustibles qualifies as as a non-combustible for FDA and commercial advertising..doesn't mean that there is 0% combustion or initiation of combustion..all that HCMC needs to win it's case
