Yes this is true, they can ask for it verbally but then need written notice..but give it a chance to happen..lets see how long the review takes and the outcome. Bottom line was whether it was possible to be effective before 60 days and the answer appears to be yes. Might not be the case for GVSI but Just because the request is not there today doesn't mean it won't be earlier than the 60 days.
