Wow!!! Wow!!! Wow!!! Wilfull infringement proven!!! See the accusations of Netlist with its reasoning and facts in chronological order!!! If this is not a clear case of willful infringement documented by the court itself then not a single case in past or future can be proven wilful IMO!!! We got $ GOOG in our bag!!! Wilful infringement proven 3 X treble damages is a fact!!!

We got a record damages and treble case under our belt!!

We got settlement case of the history!!! Google has willfully infringed since 2006!!! We could instantly fly to $25 or $50 PPS in a blink of an eye!!!

If Netlist Partial summary judgement is granted and/or google motion for summary judgement denied, google will be in big troubles.

This behavior or google makes only sense if google made already their following decision:

- ALL IN for their motion on summary judgement, but if that fails, the consequence is: settlement and such settlement, google must be aware, will be largely if not entirely at Netlist‘s terms.

If google wanted to keep the option „jury trial“, they would have provided updated discovery files, because this does not go well at a jury trial if you have not shown good faith during discovery."
