That’s what bothers me. Most attorney letters are filed a day or so after the last required financial is posted. Just a rubber stamp form letter that most of these guys have done a million times. A series of financials filed within a week or two of each other and then boom….attorney letter.

Last financial filed for VITX is 9/14/2021, and over a period of multiple months, mind you.

So where the heck is VITX’s?

Makes me wonder if the newly hired attorney find something they’re not willing to bless.

With each day that passes, the level of ineptness I assign to this management increases and their perceived respect towards shareholders decreases.

Been biting my tongue, but this is becoming borderline pathetic.
