Nice Divys: "The Class B Preferred Shares have the following attributes: they have a preferred dividend equal to 20% of the net profits of the company which are cumulative"

But incentive #2 is even better:

Warrants in those Preferred B are at $1.75 like stated here:





Those Warrants are still speculative here cuz no SPAC PR yet or wtvr
They can change the $Price at any time also, so play it accordingly
But if those Warrants are ever triggered at $1.75, i will puge all pover the place...lol
