cvat has come back down to an attractive price compared to its high, so I have started accumulation. Q is where from here. I am prepared to buy heavily on any further pullback. The fact it hit 11 cents is incredible and they have been pumping out news more regularly. I do see that the OS count has finally increased, actually by 24 million shares which isnt trivial, which is explained by the 8-K as:

The treasury common stock shares were offered at $0.065 per share and a total of 23,184,615 shares were placed

So the raise was reasonable, hopefully they put the $ to good use, but the buyers didnt get a great deal since it was trading around 5.5 cents at the time of the deal, so good for the company. On paper those investors are just above break even as of today
