I agree. I am confident we will get them soon enough. I think they possibly wanted to close these deals and perhaps some others before doing so. Of course that is just speculation on my part. They have come way too far not to get their financials in order sooner than later. There will be alot to report with the takeover and acquisitions. It will not be an easy task and will most likely require some more time. Having said that, I like the direction they are headed. I would like to see the share price increase slowly without the big swings...
