HRAA. Low OS stock, shares are starting to get locked, the only way for MMs to accumulate shares is to suddenly drop the share price , force panic selling and hope that people will give up their shares. When they have enough shares they will let it run. Seldom, do you find a clean , low OS shell, good money making business-Ameriguard- combination. Any PRs and filings are going to fuel the run.
