The chart is skewed because of the spike. The spike happened after the merging company was announced. I won’t go into more details as that’s off topic, but the custodian process happened January - May-ish time frame I believe. Then we had a couple months of silence. He must have deleted the Tweet but Cooley stated around that time he was under an NDA once the first document was signed and could only speak once given permission. Nobody knew much about Cooley back then.
