The company isn't going private, there is NO company. Randy has walked away from this ticker. He isn't obligated to do anything.

And before you say it, just because he still has it listed in Linked In doesn't mean anything. I have old colleagues still with old information on it. I havent logged into my linked in in probably 5 years.
