Institutional investors don't become involved with Form 15 companies (stinky pinkys - non-SEC filers - Dark companies) like AVVH. Especially one that is a empty shell that was recently hijacked.
"You’re just wrong about the whole sentiment there tho like institutional investors DO invest in pink stocks there’s countless I could name hell MERRIL LYNCH owns 2 billion in byrrf for example. Management has delivered on everything they said they would, and will continue to do the same. You’re messing with the wrong management here buddy better just cover your short position now"
Of course no one is shorting AVVH - it isn't economically feasible - and you certainly don't have any proof it is being shorted - there isn't any FTDs so there goes the naked shorting storyline.
OTC investors that post about the nefarious shorting don't have a clue about the mechanics of shorting - the $2.50 rule makes shorting stocks below $2.50 especially true penny stocks financially improbable - then there are margin maintenance fees and borrowing fees.
