ALTD--It is at times like these that I feel compelled to review my equity position and openly engage in overt discussions about what is going on here with ALTD.

As most everyone knows I have been in this stock for the better parts of 9 months. The ebb and flow of the price action related to this stock, is not properly reflective of what they have going on here. I understand that there are day traders, flippers and fair weathered longs in this stock, but with a float of 14.5 million shares, the aforementioned is muted for the most part. More importantly, there seems to be a concerted effort to sabotage the share price on a daily/weekly basis. This type of stagnation, often times leads to people forgetting the fundamentals / prospects, of the company, and the quinessential reason they invested in here to begin with. The accomplishments of the company are buried in the nonsensical/manipulative trading that the equity endures day to day and week to week. Less and less investors/traders stick around, and the manipulation wins. I do not believe in MM shorts, or for that matter that any short position in this equity really exists or actually matters. The past 20 plus years of trading has allowed me the fortune of understanding what is happening here. There is a cohort of traders, or quite possibly one or two individuals in sync that are attempting to shadow box the share price to fill their own respective avaricious goals. Think about this:

If someone legitimately wanted to sell 170,000 shares, ( the magic number that keeps popping up ), why would someone place that on the ask? How could anyone expect to sell that volume of shares on an equity that trades less than 150,000 shares a day? Then, they systematically lower their ask, with the same amount, every day. No one, I mean NO ONE, legitimately trades that way. In addition, there is another number that also shadows that 170,000 share order for approximately 40,000 shares. That ask also gravitates to approximately 5-10% lower than the previous ask hit. These actions are 100% manipulative and are intended to force people to sell, whereupon, those responsible, can collect shares at unreasonably ridiculous price levels, for their own greed.

What people don't know, is that the company is aware of this manipulative activity, and has initiated conversations with both regulatory agencies as well as longer term investors. FINRA being one of them.
I would imagine that those responsible for this manipulative activity will be hearing from someone soon, in fact, VERY soon. As far as the rest of us are concerned, this manipulation has afforded some of us, an opportunity to acquire more shares at again, deflated share prices.

ALTD has many businesses operating under a single umbrella, but the hyperbolic chambers and water system technologies are the proverbial crown jewels. The historic athletes and broadcasters involved with this company should alone, carry this equity over $2.00. Part of the problem here is not just the manipulative trading, but the company itself needs to get their message out there. Hard to generate any type of momentum from a price standpoint, when the company does not communicate with its' share holders about what is going on. How many here know that they have sold numerous hyperbolic chambers to universities, NBA teams, NFL teams and NHL teams? The Miami Dolphins being one of them. You could read about it in the 10Q, buried in the middle. How about all of the college universities that have installed their chambers? What about all of those? ALTD, in particular, Greg Anthony, needs to hit the rolodex of champions he has and get the word out to the investing public. Leslie Visser's husband is one of the corporate officers. She is a sports caster that used to be the sideline reporter for Monday Night Football.

The water division of ALTD, has numerous multi-million dollar patents that the US Department of Defense has bought and installed. Anyone ever hear of Flint, Michigan and their water problems? Guess what, ALTD just sold them millions of dollars of equipment and it is being installed as we speak. That will be a national media event if I ever saw one. How about the water system in the state of Alabama for all of the military bases? Their patented technology is worth millions of dollars and only a few of us know anything about it. That is where ALTD is failing. They are allowing their share price to degrade every week and people have no idea what is actually going on here.

This post was necessary because an injustice to those of us that are holding a significant amount of shares are seeing paper losses every week. We will ultimately make a fortune here, but those less familiar with what is actually going here could become separated from their shares if this lack of awareness persists. That my friends, is a shame on all levels. What used to be an audience of thousands, has dwindled to a couple dozen. Thus this entreaty to ALTD management, and in particular, Jeff and Greg, get this back on track, or soon you will be speaking to yourselves. You know what you have, we know what you have, now let everyone else know. Complacency is the enemy of ingenuity and hard work. The ability to recognize when tenacious efforts to strive for excellence have been supplanted by dull leadership and acceptance of mediocrity, necessitates a course correction. Now is that time. If a course correction is not initiated immediately, then do not be surprised if you find yourself on a cruise ship named, "Titanic," and they are serving ice on the Lido Deck.

Let's get this ship corrected boys.

With sincerest regards and best intentions,
